The day began with an hour bus ride from the Seattle Airport to Everett where we will register and spend the first night. We are now settled in our campground at the Boys and Girls Club in Everett. It is a hub of activity as we set up tents, collect our bikes and meet people. The mechanics - John and BJ - are busy assembling, tuning and making last minute corrections to the bikes. We have met riders from the Netherlands, England, Denmark and Denver. Weather is in the high 60's and overcast which is perfect riding weather. It took a bit to get everything organized today but now tents are up, bikes are ready and Tom and I are awaiting registration and dinner. We are prepared to start riding on Sunday.
