Stats: We rode 71 miles under sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 80's. Our campsite tonight is in Gillette at the Sage Valley Junior High School. We set up our tents near a fence by the mechanics work area not remembering that they work on the bikes late into the night. It was the last time that we did that. We used our relatively early arrival at camp to do laundry and talk with a local lady about the Buffalo Rodeo which takes place in several weeks. Dinner was at the local Clarion Hotel dining room about 2 miles away. With the warmer mornings now it is becoming a bit more pleasant when we rise.
