Buffalo, WY- Day 19

Stats: We rode 92 miles with clear skies and temperatures in the low 80's.  It was a trying but rewarding day with a late arrival in camp at 6pm.  Tonight's camp is at Buffalo High School on the outskirts of town.   Buffalo is unique in that its roads are paved red instead of black.  Dinner was downtown at the Udder House Restaurant which has an old fashioned soda fountain and ice cream counter.  Next door to the restaurant was the Occidental Hotel and Ballroom where a preview of Buffalo's annual  Big Horn Mountain Festival was taking place tonight, Thursday, before the main events on the weekend.  Musicians, who had arrived early, were performing some impromptu picking and fiddling for the local crowd.  Several of our crew got a peek at the festivities.
