Riding on the Freeway - Day 20

Today we rode to Gillette on flat terrain with a warmer start.  Our special treat was riding on Interstate 90 for most of the day.  After yesterday's climbing, the gentle grades of the interstate were a welcome change.  It is legal for bicycles to use the interstate in the west.  Of course we rode on the shoulder.  I had the first flat tire of the trip when I ran over the remnants of a blown truck tire in the shoulder.  It was not a big deal and I changed the tire and rode on.  In the pictures that is Tom and Dr. Mike(LA) riding the shoulder.  Also Keri   (CA) and Steve (UK) at our first water stop on I-90.
